Shipping within Continental US
All products shipped within the continental United States will be sent by UPS. The shipping is calculated based upon UPS rates . To calculate shipping, select the items in your shopping cart and click the “Estimate Shipping” button and put in your state and zip code.

Shipping to Canada and Alaska

Items shipped to Canada and Alaska will be sent by USPS. The shipping is calculated based upon USPS rates. To calculate shipping, select the items in your shopping cart and click the “Estimate Shipping” button and put in your state and zip code.

Shipping to other locations

We ship to most other locations globally. Contact us so we can find the lowest shipping rate to your address.

OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST

TERMS: C.O.D. or Open Account with pre-approved credit application. Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted. $25.00 returned check fee.

FREIGHT:  All shipments are FOB, Ravenna, Michigan.

RETURNS: Returned merchandise will only be accepted with prior approval. Call in advance of shipping for proper authorization code. This code must be visible on the outside of carton or the product will not be accepted. Returned product will only be accepted if in new and sellable condition and for credit or exchange only. Returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
